Shipping cost reflects all shipping & handling fees. At this time we can only ship WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL USA (48 states) ONLY -
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 to 7 business days (Monday - Friday) upon receipt of payment.
Tracking information will be provided within 24-48hrs. of shipment date to the email provided at checkout.
Please allow once tracking information is received 5 - 14 business days for delivery of your item(s) due to transit time. We do not control the speed at which carriers deliver our merchandise.
The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped directly from the supplier to you via USPS, UPS or FedEx and does require a PHYSICAL address to be delivered.

Merchandise is guaranteed for 30 DAYS from original date of purchase. Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty .
We agree, at our option to refund or replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period.
Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or refunded.
Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or refunded as received and could incurr a 25% restocking charge.
The returned item should include a note explaining the problem and the appropriate "return shipping address".
Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. Returns must be sent pre-paid.

Exchanges are gladly offered if you received damaged or wrong item and exact replacement item is available or item will be refunded.
